Vulcan Conveyors works regularly at Coal Fired Power Stations, installing and vulcanising belts on FGD plants, Biomass plants and coal plants from 600mm to 2000mm wide, both plied rubber and solid woven constructions. We supply our own rigging equipment, and motorised belt reeler for pulling on larger belts if required.

Our latest generation water cooled presses ensure minimum downtime, and our vulcanisers hold CCNSG Leading a Team Safely qualification.
